Evaluait is an AI fluency assessment platform that helps organizations evaluate candidates' ability to collaborate with AI tools. The platform provides task management, AI-powered chat sessions, and assessment summaries for recruiters.

Account Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate and complete registration information
• Maintaining the security of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized access

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code
• Abuse, harass, or harm other users through the platform
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the service without permission

Intellectual Property

The Evaluait platform, including its design, code, and content, is owned by Evaluait. Assessment content created by recruiters remains their intellectual property. Session data generated by candidates during assessments may be used by the hiring organization for evaluation purposes.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Evaluait shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the service at any time for violation of these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the effective date.
