Understanding the Candidate Experience

Here's what candidates see and do during a session:

1. Orientation Phase

Candidates review assignment details, learn about available tools, and understand the rules. No timer running yet - they can take their time to understand the task.

2. Active Session

Timer starts when they click "Start Session". They can chat with AI, take notes, and work on the assignment. All interactions are logged automatically.

3. Submission

They can submit manually or session auto-submits when timer expires. After submission, they see a confirmation page with next steps.
